Who We Are:

Apex Community Services was born from a passion for delivering reliable, person-centred disability supports in a way that feels more like family and less like a system. While Apex joined the community in 2024, our team’s roots run deep — with the same people behind Edge Service Providers, a highly respected non-registered NDIS support service launched in 2021. Together, we bring over 50 years of combined experience in disability and healthcare.

We offer a wide range of NDIS-registered supports designed to empower participants across every area of life — from daily personal care to community participation, life skills development, household tasks, and more. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every service is built around your needs, your goals, and your unique way of living.
